Phoebe Bridgers – Punisher - LP

Punisher was released on June 18, 2020, and marked as Bridgers's second studio album. It is an indie rock, emo-folk, and indie-folk album. The first single, Garden Song, was released on February 26, 2020, and Bridgers talked about it as being about "reoccurring nightmares I have on tour." The second single, Kyoto, was released on April 9, 2020, and was about her impostor syndrome. The third single, ICU, was released on May 19, 2020, and was about her breakup with drummer/band member Marshall Vore. The fourth single, I Know the End, was released on July 29, 2020, and talked about "depression, euphoria, and the apocalypse that culminates in a cathartic scream." The fifth single, Savior Complex, was released on December 7, 2020, and talked about how Bridgers needed to deal with the ups and downs of a relationship, dealing with her own personality.
