Shipping & Returns
Sky Valley Records does our absolute best to ship all orders within one - two business day of receiving your order.
Pre-orders ship as soon as they physically arrive to us. Record Production and shipping sometimes has delays we cannot control.
When entering your information, please make sure that your correct address and email is entered before submitting your order.
For any orders that address is entered incorrectly, or are returned to us and not deliverable, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional postage required to re-ship your order. New tracking will also be provided.
WE ARE NOT SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AT THIS TIME. We will be in near future.
Return policy expires 30 days from the day the order is placed. After 30 days, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility: Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and have inspected it . A will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
Refund Time Frame
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or other payment method again. Some banks times differ for statement/account adjustments.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org . If item is un-available, we will issue a refund upon receiving the return.
